Team Coaching in the Workplace
Welcome to 90 minutes with key ideas of team coaching.
These are ideas and methods that I know work in practice because I've used them in executive and team coaching since 1998. They also great if you're a manager who needs to delegate efficiently while leading your team - how can you trust your team to produce?
These are methods I have successfully used in training (board of) directors at the Norwegian Board Academy (Styrelederskolen 2007-2014), in my own consulting both at senior levels and in (LEAN) operational coaching. Many of my slides will come from some 10+ presentations and masterclasses at EMCC Annual conferences and international conferences in Coaching Psychology.
