This is for you if you are a consultant, coach or mentor working with organisations in addition to one-on-one. You own your business and/or have a background that includes leadership coaching. 

Ideally, you're accredited by EMCC Global as a senior/master practitioner coach/mentor. We can also help you achieve that accreditation with another program: The Bridge 2.0 Intensive. This is particularly attractive if you are a consultant who would like to work with coaching/mentoring programs. 

If you're ICF PCC or above, you must be open to a combined coaching/mentoring approach. With the challenges ahead, the adage that 'we have what we need inside us' is simply not true.

Coaching psychology is another very valuable background, in particular for those who work in organisational development.

You might also qualify if you are a manager, organisational consultant or other professional who has used coaching and/or mentoring as a tool, but don't have an accreditation or certificate. We can then support you in The Bridge 2.0 Intensive or Green Mentoring Diploma..
